Customers have the right to return the products without being obliged to announce the reason for doing so and without paying any additional charges except for the courier charge which is 5€.We will accept returns from you within 14 days from the day of delivery for refund or replacement with the following restrictions:
- The product is in a condition that cannot be resold (missing labels, damaged products/boxes, etc.).
- We do not accept products such as : swimwear , headphones , socks , watches .
In general, any return of products is only after telephone consultation or e-mail to info@acidshop.gr
In case of return of the products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 30 days from the date that Acidshop.gr will receive the returned products. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account, which will be communicated to Acidshop.gr in time and in writing.
